Pastry Paris

books, photography

Hello there. I am afraid you would hate me a bit today after what I would show you because there is someone who has achieved quite an impossible combination: dessert (best part of a meal) with Paris (one of the best cities in Europe).  This person is american designer Susan Hochbaum.

In an interview made for the spanish newspaper El Pais she explained that she came out with this idea while walking around Paris. Each time she went out she used to bought a different cake and eat it somewhere around the city.

One day, she realized that some of them looked like some of the typical parisian buildigns, and started shooting it. The result is this book called Pastry Paris with lots of pictures with not only famous buildings like Les Invalides but also some other french highlights like Napoleon’s hat. Love it!
